Our Shipping Philosophy

We believe in keeping things simple and transparent. To offer unique products and keep our pricing fair, we work directly with global manufacturing partners. This means your items skip the traditional retail middleman and ship straight from our partners to your doorstep.

1. Processing Times

Before an order ships, it needs to be processed.

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to verify your order, package it, and hand it off to our shipping partners.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Windows

Because we ship directly from our partners, delivery times can vary. On average, standard shipping takes 7 to 15 business days from the day it leaves the warehouse.

Note: Depending on your location and local postal carriers, packages can occasionally take up to 21 business days during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience as your package makes its journey to you.

3. Clear Tracking

We want you to know exactly where your order is. As soon as your package is scanned by the carrier, we will automatically email you a tracking number.

  • Please allow 2 to 5 days for the tracking information to update on the system after you receive your email.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is taking a scenic route and has passed our estimated delivery window, don't worry we’ve got your back. Please reach out to us at incensectco@gmail.com with your order number. If a package is officially deemed lost by the carrier, we will happily arrange a replacement or a full refund.
